RESERVATION POLICY

Reservations are always recommended to assure you get the appointment time and therapist you would like.

However, at times we do have openings in the schedule, so of course you can always call the same day if you decide you would like to come in at the last moment and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Please read our Cancellation and No Show Policy below before you make your reservation.

When you schedule an appointment at diVINE SPA, we reserve our time exclusively for you. Therefore we require a credit card to reserve your appointment time. A 24-hour notice of cancellation is required to avoid a 50% charge of services reserved. No-shows will result in 100% billing equal to the total amount of services reserved.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

As a courtesy to you, other clients and therapists, we adhere to the spa cancellation policy: If you must reschedule or cancel an appointment, please advise us 24 hours in advance for single treatment, 48 hours in advance for couples’ treatments to avoid being charged 50% of the scheduled treatment(s). No-show appointments will be charged the full treatment fee.

When making a reservation with a gift certificate24-hour notice of cancellation is required to avoid a 50% deduction of the service cost from the gift certificate amount. No-shows will result in 100% deduction of the service cost from the amount printed on the gift certificate.

For late arrivals, your appointment time may be reduced in order to finish on time for the next scheduled client. The full value of your treatment will be applied.

Details to keep in mind

A 20% service charge is added to the price of all services, covering gratuities for your service provider (licensed massage therapist, esthetician). For health and safety, all clients are required to fill out and sign an Intake and Consent Form, prior to enjoying the Spa Service(s). Please notify our staff if you are pregnant or have any medical conditions or physical ailments, as certain treatments may not be suitable. Note that the Spa is a completely cell-phone and smoke-free environment. We thank you for your cooperation.

FIRST TIME MASSAGE

What to expect and to know, your privacy and comfort are the utmost importance to us. Your therapist will discuss a complete overview of the treatment you will experience, please feel free to ask any questions or make requests to ensure your own comfort level. In your massage room, soft, soothing music will be played to help you relax and the therapist will leave you to undress to your own level of comfort. You will then lie on the massage table as directed by your therapist. You will remain properly draped during the entire session to keep you warm and comfortable. A light organic massage lotion, oil or cream will be used to allow your muscles to be massaged without causing excessive friction to the skin.

In a general Swedish massage, your session may begin with light flowing strokes that will help calm your nervous system and relax muscle tension. As your body becomes relaxed, pressure could be gradually increased to the moderate level. It is important to communicate with your therapist if you feel any discomfort so that another approach may be taken. Therapeutic Massage is most effective when your body is not resisting.

When your massage is complete your therapist will leave the room to allow for you to re-dress. Your therapist will then provide you with water or tea and ask if you have any questions or concerns about your massage or future massages.

After your massage you will feel relaxed and you may feel relief from long-term aches and pains. For the first 24 hours after a deep tissue massage, you may feel a little sore or achy. This is a normal response due to toxins releasing from your soft tissue, it is highly recommended that you drink plenty of water following any massage. After that time, you will feel increased energy, heightened awareness and greater productivity.

It is important that you inform your therapist of any health problems or medications you are taking prior to your massage.

CLUB MEMBERSHIP POLICY

Club Membership Policies (Click to View)

All diVINE SPA memberships’ benefits are for active diVINE SPA members in good standing during the term of their membership.

  1. Membership Services– All memberships include your choice of a One (1) 60 min swedish massage, foot reflexology or classic facial service each month.
  2. Additional Membership Massage and Facials Services– Members may purchase an unlimited number of additional services for their personal use ONLY at discounted rates based on the type of membership and availability.
  3. Rollover Privileges– 6 months (month by month or prepaid) members may rollover only 1 (One) unused service to the following month only during the length of the membership. 12 (twelve) months (month by month or prepaid) members may rollover 2 (Two) unused services individually to the following month only during the length of the membership. Upon termination of your month to month membership, accumulated member service(s) expires and are non-refundable. When you cancel or your membership expires, accumulated member service(s) expires on the last day of a Prepaid Term Membership.
  4. Signup fee – diVINE SPA requires nonrefundable signup fee of $38 start the membership (membership is voided on 12 month prepaid account only).
  5. Retail Discounts– A 10% discount is given to all members on retail product purchases when purchase is over $50.
  6. Member’s Guest Privileges– Members may bring in an unlimited number of guests at member rates (10% OFF). The only restriction is a limit of 1 member priced service for each individual guest in a 6-month period. If a member guest signs up for membership during their visit at the spa the referring member will receive a $50 credit towards future additional service or add on.
  7. Membership “Stand By” Option– A membership is eligible to be on “Stand By’ after the first 2 (Two) membership payments. Stand by option is for a minimum of one month and a maximum of three months for a $10 monthly maintenance fee that will be paid at a future visit.
    1. 12 months memberships can only put account on “Stand by” 1 (One) time in a 12 month period for a maximum of 3 (Three) months. Maintenance fee of $10 per month will be applied to monthly accounts and prepaid accounts can use this option free of charge.
    2. 6 months memberships can only put account on “Stand by” 1 (One) time in a 6 month period for a maximum of 1 (One) month. Maintenance fee of $10 per month will be applied to monthly accounts and prepaid accounts can use this option free of charge.
    3. Members cannot redeem accumulated services when account is on “Stand By Mode “and cannot utilize any additional membership benefits (i.e. bringing guests, gift card purchases, retail discounts).
    4. A minimum of 2 (Two) monthly payments must have been made before a membership is eligible to be on “Stand By’ on month by month account.
  8. Membership Transfer– diVINE SPA Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable
  9. Sharing treatments – Share 1 (One) membership treatment with a friend or family member for no additional fee. Reservation must be made by member only and sharing is allowed once in 6 months. Same benefits and terms and conditions apply.
  10. Spa Rules and regulations– diVINE SPA must be notified about any changes in address, contact information and/or credit card information. Members or Guests must follow spa rules and regulations. diVINE SPA reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services for any reason and to modify/change spa rules, regulations, services and pricing. Notice will be posted on our website and sent via email to all active members.

  12. Membership Cancelation– You may cancel your month by month Membership Agreement during the initial term of your membership by paying early cancelation fee of $80 and 30-day advance written notice to email info@mybodytlc.com or via mail to our physical address. Prepaid account cannot be cancelled and WE WILL NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR ANY PARTIAL-MONTH OR AMOUNT ALREADY PAID ON YOUR MEMBERSHIP PERIOD.
  13. Age requirement policy– diVINE SPA age requirement policy for receiving spa treatments as follows:
    1. Must be over the age of 15 to receive a spa treatment.
    2. Must be over the age of 15 to receive a facial.
    3. If under the age of 18 a parent/guardian signature is required for the minor to receive our services.
    4. Any minor between the ages of 15 – 17 requires that the parent remains on the spa premises while massage/facial services are performed.
